Motorcycle Warranty Conditions According to the Executive Regulations of the Consumer and Manufacturer Protection Law

Motorcycles have a 12-month Guarantee according to the conditions mentioned and a 10-year Warranty (Supplying the Parts and After-Sales Services) from the time of delivery to the customer:

  • Chassis and Fuel Tank Paintjob has a 3-month replacement Warranty.
  • The Warranty of services provided by the company’s agents/representatives will be for 2 months (Mentioned in the executive regulations, 2 months or 3000 km, whichever comes first).
  • The Warranty for replaced spare parts by the company’s agents/representatives will be for 6 months (Mentioned in the executive regulations, 6 months or 10,000 km, whichever comes first).

The amount of warranty on depreciating spare parts is based on the correct usage of the motorcycle owner as follows:

* To respect the rights of customers at the beginning of using the product, the initial performance guarantee, considering the usage of some parts that are not under mentioned consumer right’s regulations, is recommended as follows:

Electrical Parts such as Light Bulbs, Turn Signals Relay, Horn and Brake Wire, Clutch, etc. for One Month
Seat, Rims, Chain, and Shock Absorbers (in case of Oil Leakage) for One Month
Consumable Parts Including Oil and Filters are not under any guarantee and will be the customer’s responsibility.

Guarantee in Hani Motor Company:

Dear buyer, the guarantee service period for your vehicle is one year in accordance with the executive regulations of the Consumer and Manufacturer Protection Law. Periodic inspections of your motorcycle warranty period are applied in the following 2 steps:

  • 200 km
  • 1000 km

It is necessary to visit the authorized dealership of Hani Motor and get an oil change at 200 km.
Failing to Visit the service shop at the mentioned mileage will result in the cancellation of the motorcycle warranty.

Therefore, note that attending the authorized repair shops of Hani Motor in the above time frames, will lead to better performance of our services and will subsequently increase the life of your motorcycle. It is obvious that not attending any of the mentioned periods will lead to the cancellation of the warranty. In addition, the items that need attention regarding the warranty of Hani Motor Company products are:

  • The cost of lubricants (engine oil, gearbox, and shock absorbers) along with water-battery acid is not included in the guarantee.
  • Defects caused by any accidents are not covered by the guarantee.
  • Defects caused by improper maintenance of the motorcycle, installation of non-standard parts, or any manipulation will lead to the cancellation of the guarantee.
  • The use of non-original consumables and motorized parts or repairs in various repair shops will lead to the cancellation of the guarantee.
  • Attending the dealership for the purpose of getting an oil change at 200 km is required. Obviously, if you do not attend the specified mileage, you will consequently lose the free initial service at 1000 km.
  • After 1000 km, the warranty conditions will be furnished only in accordance with the executive regulations of the Consumer and Producer Protection Law.
  • If you do not comply with the prerequisites of the warranty conditions, Hani Motor Company will not accept any claim.
